How long will it take to fulfill my order?
Pickup orders placed before 6 pm are normally ready for pickup the same day.
Shipping orders are fulfilled and shipped in 1 - 2 business days.

How long will it take you to answer my email?
We endeavor to respond to any emails we have been sent within a couple of
hours, but we do try to answer any emails we receive as soon as possible.
Please be rest assured that we read every single email we receive.

Why haven't I received my order confirmation/dispatch emails?
Whenever you place an order with us, a confirmation email is sent to you with details of the order you have made. As soon as your order is processed and dispatched, a second confirmation email is sent to you indicating that your order is now on its way to you with tracking information. If you have not received these emails, it is possible they may have been caught in your spam mail folder. Please look through your spam mail and see if your confirmation emails have appeared there, as you can then make adjustments to ensure that they come through to you without issue in the future.
Can I view the price of items in a different currency?
Yes! We are happy to provide for customers who are from other countries. If you wish to change the currency so that the site will display it for you on every product, look for the currency converter icon at the top right of every page.
How is my order packaged?
All of our orders are packaged in recyclable material. Even the packing peanuts are biodegradable and can be washed down your drain with water. Biodegradable packing peanuts are made from naturally derived starches like wheat and cornstarch. Entirely plant-based, making it impossible for them to wind up polluting oceans, lakes, rivers, or waterways.

Can I shop in person?
At this time we are fully online only and do not have a storefront for in-person shopping.
We do however attend local markets and fairs where you can browse in person!

I don’t want my items shipped, I would rather pickup. How can I do that?
If you would rather pick up your order, at checkout select pickup. We also offer local delivery!
Where do you source your products?
All of our products have been sourced ethically. The majority of our products come from Brazil. We also source from Madagascar, Morocco, India and Pakistan as well as other local small businesses. We have done extensive research of our suppliers, and asked many questions prior to purchasing. We understand that sourcing is important to everyone, which is why we have taken the extra steps to know exactly where our products are coming from.
What is your cancellation policy?
A cancellation request must be submitted within 4 hours of ordering, otherwise, we do not offer cancellations. Cancellations are subject to a 10% non-refundable re-stocking fee (10% of your order total -grand total - will not be refunded). Thank you for understanding.
