NCC reward points have no monetary value and can only be redeemed for discounts on our store products.

Reward points are non-transferable between customer accounts.

How do I qualify for the referral reward?
To qualify for the referral reward your friend must place their first order through your unique referral link.
When will I get my referral points?
Referral rewards of 1000 NCC points will be credited to your account and your friend's account after their first order is placed.
Can I refer more than one friend?
Yes! The more friends you refer, the more points you earn and the bigger the discounts you can enjoy. You can share your link via email, social media, or any other platform you prefer.
Can I save my points?
Yes! You have the freedom to decide when and how to redeem your NCC reward points. Whether you want to use them immediately or save them up for a bigger discount, the choice is yours.
How do I redeem my NCC points?
To redeem your NCC reward points simply select the desired discount tier on the "My Rewards" page, copy the code, and apply the promo during the checkout process.
How can I earn NCC reward points?
Once you become a member you'll receive 50 NCC reward points as a warm welcome. Every time you shop with us you'll earn 10 points for every dollar spent! It's our way of saying "thank you" for choosing us. Every friend you refer who completes their first purchase through your unique referral link will earn both you and your friend 1000 NCC reward points each.
What discounts can I use my NCC reward points for?
We offer three exciting redemption tiers:
500 NCC points: Enjoy a 5% discount on all store products!
1000 NCC points: Treat yourself to a 10% discount on all store products!
5000 NCC points: Reach the pinnacle and unlock a 15% discount on all store products!
