Where do you ship to?

At the moment, we ship all across Canada and the United States.

 

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your package. We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $250 CAD to both Canada and the USA. You agree to accept full responsibility for any lost/damaged items that occur while in transit.

 

Do you offer local pick-up?

Yes! If you don't want to pay for shipping and you're located in the Barrie area, you can pick up your order directly from us in Barrie, Ontario. Because we don't have a storefront yet, you'll be picking up from a residential address. Once your order is ready for pick-up, you'll receive an email with the address and instructions for picking up your order!

 

Do you offer local delivery?

Yes! We offer free local delivery to certain postal codes in Barrie and surrounding areas. Orders under $75 are subject to a $5.00 delivery fee. The deliveries are made in 1 - 2 Business Days. All deliveries will be contactless for the safety of everyone involved, so your order will be placed by your front door or in a mailbox. Please be home on the day of delivery to ensure your package isn't lost or stolen. Like any company, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered.

 

What about customs fees/duties?

Customers are responsible for their own customs fees/duties incurred.

How long does it take to ship my order?

We strive to ship orders as fast as possible, but please give us between 1- 2 business days after payment is confirmed to ship out your order.
