Star Rose Quartz brings all of the properties of regular Rose Quartz, just with intersecting inclusions that produce an asterism, or “star effect.” Star Rose Quartz contains Rutile, when it has a smooth polished service it gives the crystal its unique six-rayed star when a light is shone on it. Only a small percentage of Rose Quartz exhibits this phenomenon so this is a rare treat!
